Abstract

Health communication for and with vulnerable groups in society has become increasingly important (Burton-Jeangros & Fargnoli, 2023). Conceptually, the term refers to a heightened susceptibility to harm that results from modifiable constraints on agency and resources. This special issue Vulnerable Groups in Society contains four papers selected for publication through a comprehensive evaluation procedure.
